How to Buy

If you’d like to buy one of our themed ‘Off The Peg’ puzzles, drop us an email or give us a call and we’ll take all of your details (your choice of puzzle, your name & address, your personal greeting for the certificate etc.). We’ll confirm all of this to you in writing (by post or email) along with an estimated delivery date and a request for payment. When we have processed your payment, we’ll dispatch your puzzle.

For buyers of our personalised puzzles, we’ll send you a ‘Clue Sheet’ designed to prompt from you the words which will help to make the puzzle special. (The more words you give to us, the better the finished puzzle will be. We will endeavour to use those which are particularly important to you - as marked on the clue sheet by underlining - but unfortunately cannot guarantee that all words you desire can be incorporated into the final puzzle. Likewise, we reserve the right to extend the clue choices to our compilers by expanding on some of the words you give us. For instance listing the hobby of Gardening, might lead us to include words such as Plant, Dig or Weed. ) Simply return the completed Clue Sheet with a cheque, (or ask us to send you a PayPal invoice), and we’ll get started on your unique puzzle.

Because our puzzles are unique and created to order, it is not possible to offer a refund once a confirmed order has been placed (unless in the unlikely event we have made a mistake which makes it impossible to complete the puzzle) We cannot be held responsible for errors in personal information supplied to us. Satisfied customers however are always the aim.

How Long Does It Take?
We aim to deliver Gift puzzles within 14 days but at busy times there may be a delay. If the puzzle is for a special occasion, please allow up to 28 days for us to create your unique gift.

By cheque, or by credit card (PayPal).
